This month we have a great range of inspiring emails for you. From brands who have nailed their Black Friday messaging, excelled at pushing interactivity, and even sold us some loo roll.

1.  McDonald

SL: Have you tried the McCrispy® yet? Get stuck in, it's worth it.

Chosen for:

Design - A great example of how a simple full width image can work wonders within an email. There’s no missing what message McDonalds are trying to promote, hero-ing the delightful looking new item which has recently been added to their menu.

Interactivity - Scrolling down the email slightly and we are greeted with a nice interactive module. The design of this makes for a great user experience, allowing you to have a play without submitting.


2. Planks

SL: Single Use Plastic? Problem (Dis)solved 💧

Chosen for:

Content - A great statement announcement email here, informing customers about their strong commitment to sustainability. We see a lot of brands talk about their sustainability stance, but it’s always nice to see brands taking action and practicing what they preach.

Animation - It’s often easier to explain things visually and this GIF does a great job at that. Demonstrating how simple it is to dissolve their new ‘Leave No Trace’ garment bags, without the addition of tonnes of copy.


3. Treatwell

SL: Our 2022 Top Rated salons are here 🏆

Chosen for:

Design - We love the use of full width colour blocks in this email. Using such a striking colour grabs your attention straight away. We also noticed how they have dulled down the footer, a unique way of not distracting from the rest of the content.


4. Wild

SL: Our Black Friday sale launches THIS Sunday at 6pm!

Chosen for:

Content - Queue the influx of Black Friday emails… this was a breath of fresh air from Wild. We love how they have been totally transparent with their email subscribers about the offers they have early access to. This followed by their sustainability promise is something we are totally here for!

Design - We’re obsessed with the gorgeous aesthetics of this email. With its curved edges, festive colour palette, and clear distinction between messages. Making skimming the email a total breeze.


5. Who Gives a Crap

SL: This TP puts the go in gogo boots 🕺

Chosen for:

Content - If a brand can make an email about loo roll eye catching and exciting, then it has our attention from the get go. We love everything about it, the colour, the photography, the vibes, 10/10. ✨

Copy - A nod to the talented copywriter here. Keeping with the lighthearted tone of the email, whilst also touching upon the important charity cause which the brand supports.
