With record-breaking global views, Bluey is one of the most successful shows commissioned by content giants BBC Studios. Ranking number one on children’s channel CBeebies, it attracts an adoring audience of kids and parents. When we were briefed with creating excitement for a special 28-minute Bluey episode, we knew we had to deliver an innovative digital experience as joyful as the show itself.
LW Theatres believed the magic of theatre should begin long before the curtain rises. Yet customers were phoning in with basic queries about timings, cloakrooms, and travel, while valuable upsell opportunities went untapped. The challenge sparked: what if pre-show emails weren’t just reminders, but an experience in their own right?
PizzaExpress had plenty of customer data but it didn’t translate into who was sitting down at their tables. Without this knowledge, their messages weren’t connecting and their offers didn’t feel relevant.
