Caffè Nero frequently collaborates with us to bring their innovative and fun campaign ideas to life. With the launch of their mobile loyalty and payment app, they aimed to encourage regular purchases from existing customers and attract new ones, transitioning from their beloved paper loyalty card to a digital version.

Problem

Caffè Nero wanted to drive adoption and regular use of their new mobile loyalty and payment app, encouraging a more consistent purchase pattern among existing customers and attracting new ones.

Strategy

Our primary challenge was to drive users towards the app. One effective approach was creating a solus competition email that replicated the ‘winning wheel’ featured in the app, providing information on how to win and pushing recipients into the app journey.

Caffè Nero leverages external factors like weather and seasons to determine email content. With their changing menus throughout the year, we are consistently challenged to present new products in an exciting and engaging way for their customers.
