Problem
Gymshark aimed to inspire users with a 66-day digital fitness event, focusing on long-term app engagement and habit formation. They needed to identify participants, encourage their involvement, and integrate motivational content and daily workouts within the app.
Strategy
We created a custom in-app message for Gymshark using a JavaScript bridge to track user data and segment the audience in Braze. The messages were designed to blend with the app’s environment, ensuring a seamless user experience. By selecting brand-consistent assets and collaborating with Braze, we launched the messages on both iOS and Android, promoting user engagement and a sense of community.
Results
The campaign utilized a multichannel approach to maximize exposure, with the in-app messaging driving substantial engagement. The results were impressive:
