We're so pleased that our partnership with TurboTax has been recognised at the 2025 OMMA Awards, winning Best Use of Dynamic Email Content for the Weekly Tax Tracker campaign.
Now in our third year of working together, and collaborating closely with Braze we’ve continued to push the boundaries of what’s possible with dynamic personalisation at scale. Together, we’ve transformed the tax filing journey into a clear, confidence-building customer experience that turns complexity into clarity. The challenge was to make taxes feel less confusing and a lot more helpful.
The Weekly Tax Tracker email we created combines 15 touchpoints into one personalised, data-driven dashboard that updates weekly with each user’s progress. Using behavioural triggers and over 30 dynamic modules, the campaign offers a seamless, responsive experience that celebrates milestones, highlights next steps, and removes filing uncertainty.
The results speak for themselves: more than one million dynamic permutations of the dashboard were generated, resulting in a 106% increase in responder rate and a 92% increase in conversions during the 2024 season. It’s a brilliant example of creativity, collaboration, and clever tech coming together to make a real difference for customers, and we’re thrilled to see the project recognised at OMMA.
